Q: What are your hours of operation for the public?
A: 7:00am to 11:00am & 3:30pm to 5:30pm

Q: Do I bring my dog's food?
A: Yes, you need to provide us with their daily amounts for the time they stay with us.

Q: Do I need to bring my dog's water and food bowls?
A: No, Unless your dog refuses to eat out of anything but their own special bowls, we prefer you leave them at home.

Q: Can my dog bring their bed and toys?
A: Yes, we do provide beds but we suggest they bring along whatever makes them comfortable.

Q: What if my dog requires medication?
A: If your pet requires medication please bring them along with a note how and when to give them. There is a $10 charge for the administration of medications.

Q: Are the kennels inside or outside?
A: All of our rooms are inside with Heat and AC

Q: How often will my dog be able to go outside?
A: Each dog gets daily walks 3 times a day outside and a potty break just before dark. All Large and Medium Kennels have continuous access to the outdoor runs during daylight hours.

Q: What are the sizes of the kennels?
A: We offer three sizes to accommodate all sizes and family dogs.

Q: How do you determine charges for boarding?
A: You are charged for a full day on the day you drop off your dog. If you pick your dog up in the morning you will not be charged for the day. If you pick up your dog in the evening you will be charged for a full day.
